B2B Services
Not everything on Seagoods is a physical product. B2B Services lists Southeast Asian providers of logistics, inspection and certification, trade finance, contract manufacturing, OEM production, business-process outsourcing, software development and consulting — the partners you need around a cross-border order. Sub-categories: logistics, manufacturing, OEM, BPO, software development and consulting.
B2B Services in Southeast Asia
What services are listed on Seagoods?
Inspection and testing, certification and conformity assessment, trade finance and import-export banking support from Vietnam; contract manufacturing and OEM from Thailand, Cambodia and Singapore; BPO from the Philippines; software development from Vietnam and Brunei. Many of these are profiles compiled from public information — they show what the provider offers, and you contact them through the platform.
How is buying a service different from buying goods on Seagoods?
Services are quoted per engagement rather than per carton, so the MOQ field is usually 1 (one project) or a monthly minimum. Escrow still applies to a fixed-scope deliverable — an inspection report, a batch of manufactured units — but ongoing retainers are better handled with milestone orders. See RFQ or direct order: which to use.
Does Seagoods have a logistics or inspection partner programme?
Not yet. Logistics, inspection and trade-finance providers listed here are independent companies; Seagoods does not take a commission or guarantee their work. What we are planning is described honestly on Partnerships. Until then, treat every service provider like any other supplier: check registration, ask for client references, and pay in stages.
When do I need a third-party inspection?
For any first order above a value you could not afford to lose, and for every order of graded commodities (rice, coffee, seafood) where the spec is easy to miss by eye. A pre-shipment inspection typically costs a few hundred US dollars per man-day and is far cheaper than a dispute. Read What happens when you open a dispute to see why evidence gathered before shipment matters.
Can I outsource to the Philippines or Vietnam through Seagoods?
You can find BPO and software providers here, but evaluate them as you would any outsourcing vendor: portfolio, English proficiency, data-security practices and contract terms. Our guide How to evaluate a BPO/outsourcing provider in the Philippines walks through it.
Catalog figures are from the Seagoods database as of September 2026 and change as suppliers add or retire listings.
