NOTE: unlike some other national chambers in this batch, CCC's own site makes no mention of issuing Certificates of Origin -- Cambodia's C/O process runs through the Ministry of Commerce's Export-Import Department (co.moc.gov.kh), independently confirmed this session by fetching moc.gov.kh's own C/O page listing itself, not CCC, as the issuer.
