Department of Intellectual Property (Myanmar), under the Ministry of Commerce, officially established 23 December 2020 following enactment of Myanmar's Trademark, Industrial Design, Copyright, and Patent Laws (2019), is the country's sole national authority registering and administering trademarks, patents, industrial designs, and copyrights via its e-filing portal (efiling.ipd.gov.mm). A government ministry-level department -- the same structural category as peer IP offices already in this directory (Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines).
