The Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), established under Prime Ministerial Decision 204/TTg dated 22 April 1993 by merging the Foreign Trade Arbitration Council (1963) and the Maritime Arbitration Council (1964), is Vietnam's leading independent, non-profit arbitration institution.
