The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), founded in 1963, is Vietnam's national business-community organization: policy and legal advocacy, trade and investment promotion, international relations, digital-transformation and start-up support, and regional business linkage. IMPORTANT NOTE: since 21 April 2025, VCCI no longer holds authority to issue Certificates of Origin (C/O), Certificates of Non-Manipulation (CNM), or register REX codes -- that authority transferred to the Import-Export Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade (COMIS system). This profile reflects VCCI's current role and does not advertise a C/O-issuing service that has been revoked.
