Cambodia Chamber of Commerce (CCC)

Cambodia Chamber of Commerce (CCC), established 2005 under the 1995 Law on Chamber of Commerce, is a voluntary, non-profit private-sector representative body with 20 municipal-provincial chambers nationwide, engaging government via the Government-Private Sector Forum and running the country's GS1 barcode registry. NOTE: unlike some other national chambers in this batch, CCC's own site makes no mention of issuing Certificates of Origin -- Cambodia's C/O process runs through the Ministry of Commerce's Export-Import Department (co.moc.gov.kh), independently confirmed this session by fetching moc.gov.kh's own C/O page listing itself, not CCC, as the issuer.
