(PFGMI), the Philippines' leading flat-glass manufacturer, traces its history to 1958 as Republic Glass Corporation, became AGC Flat Glass Philippines Inc. in 2001 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's AGC Inc., and has operated under Filipino ownership since TQMP Glass Manufacturing Corp. acquired 100% of its shares in 2017. It manufactures clear, tinted and ultra-clear float glass, Low-E and reflective coated glass, and mirrors from its Pasig City plant.
