Packaging for Environment Public Company Limited, trading as "Gracz," was founded in January 2005 and manufactures 100% natural plant-fiber food packaging and tableware (bagasse, bamboo pulp and rice straw) under the Gracz Classic and Gracz Simple lines, including bowls, plates and PET lids, stated to decompose within 45 days and to be free of plastic coating. The company states it was the first in Thailand to receive BOI investment promotion for biodegradable food-packaging production and has received the Prime Minister's Export Award and Design Excellence Award (DEmark) for its products.
