Akha Ama Coffee is a Chiang Mai-based social enterprise coffee company founded in 2010, working directly with indigenous coffee-growing communities in Northern Thailand. The company sources single-origin coffee from named smallholder farms, roasts it in-house, and sells through its own cafes in Chiang Mai and Tokyo as well as online. Its model centers on direct-trade relationships built on trust with the indigenous producers it works with.
